Aussiedoodles often have the intelligence of the poodle and the endurance and energy of the Australian Shepherd. They have a range of coat colors and patterns, from black and white to red merle, and usually range in height from 12 to 23 inches tall. Aussiedoodles are loyal family pets that thrive on physical and mental stimulation—and make great watchdogs.
The Aussiedoodle has a unique coat, ranging from a curly, wavy to a more straight, shaggy appearance. Their coats are quite soft to the touch and tend to be medium to long in length, making them great for those looking to have a low-shed dog with a furry look. They come in a variety of colors and typically shed less than their parent breeds, providing owners with easy-to-manage dogs.
Aussiedoodles are a cross between an Australian Shepherd and a Poodle, so they have various nutritional needs based on this mix.
