Not only are they super-smart, but they're loyal, affectionate, and loving, making them great family pets. Aussiedoodles also love to be outdoors and love to bark and play – meaning they don’t do well when left alone or in an apartment with close neighbors.
The Aussiedoodle coat is a pretty unique one. It can vary depending on the combination of its parents' coats and backgrounds. Generally, Aussiedoodles tend to have wavy, dense coats that fall somewhere between the Australian Shepherd and the Poodle. It's not unusual to see bright colors in their coats with a range of white, cream, black, blue, and red. While they have a tendency to shed regularly, their hypoallergenic coats make it so that they're easy to maintain and keep tidy.
