Aussiedoodles come in a variety of sizes, ranging from Toy to Standard, depending on the parent breeds. Standard size Aussiedoodles can weigh up to sixty-five pounds and Toy Aussiedoodles can be as small as five to fifteen pounds. Generally, Aussiedoodles have a medium to low energy level and make great pets for homes with children.
Aussiedoodles may present less shedding than other breeds, but they are not impervious to shedding. While their coats are hypoallergenic, some Aussiedoodles do tend to shed a fair amount. It is important to note that the amount of shedding depends on the type of Aussiedoodle puppy you are considering. For example, an F1A Aussiedoodle pup (50% Poodle / 50% Aussie mix) will shed less than an F1B (75% Poodle and 25% Aussie mix).
