They are typically very friendly and loyal, often referred to as "velcro dogs" for their desire to be close to their owners. While Aussiedoodles are usually non-shedding, they do require regular brushing and grooming. They are intelligent dogs, making them easy to train and great for a family with children. Aussiedoodles enjoy physical activity, such as playing agility and fetch. However, they are also great for just relaxing at home.

Aussiedoodles are a hybrid of Australian Shepherds and Poodles, which are both breeds known for their hypo-allergenic coat.
