An Aussiedoodle is a cross-bred designer dog created by intentionally crossing an Australian Shepherd and a Poodle. They can be bred in three different sizes, with Standard Aussiedoodles being the largest size and the Mini Aussiedoodles being the smallest size. Aussiedoodles are often referred to as a “designer dog” because they have been bred with specific traits in mind, such as their intelligence, loyalty, and energy.
Aussiedoodles have the potential to be hypoallergenic as they are a cross between two hypoallergenic breeds: the Australian Shepherd and the Poodle. Aussiedoodles have a much lower chance of causing an allergic reaction than other breeds due to their hybrid genetics. They may not be completely hypoallergenic, however, due to the non-hypoallergenic characteristics present in some individual dogs.
