Bernedoodles are an incredibly interesting combination of two of the most popular dog breeds: Bernese Mountain Dog and Standard Poodle. The combination results in a unique combination of traits ranging from the intelligence of a Poodle to the loyalty and friendliness of a Bernese Mountain Dog. Not only are these dogs incredibly intelligent, they also have a naturally protective personality and are incredibly affectionate towards their owners. Additionally, Bernedoodles are incredibly low-maintenance, low-shedding, and low-allergenic.
A Bernedoodle is a hybrid dog – a cross between a Bernese Mountain dog and a Poodle. Although there is no guarantee that this breed will not cause you to have allergies, they are hypoallergenic and known for having low levels of dander. So, depending on how severe your allergies are, you may or may not experience allergic reactions. Nonetheless, it is important to be aware of your own individual allergies and to consider all possible risks before getting a Bernedoodle.
Bernedoodles typically do not have special dietary needs. However, as with any pet, they should be fed food that is formulated for their size and activity level.
