They have characteristics from both of their parental breeds, such as the playful, friendly and active spirit passed down from the Poodle, and the cuddly, loyal and intelligent traits of the Bernese Mountain Dog. They also tend to be easy to train and exceptionally social, which make them incredible family pets.
Managing allergies with Bernedoodles can be tricky, as they are considered a hypoallergenic breed. However, there are a few steps you can take to ensure a healthier environment for you and your pup. The most important thing is to clean up your pet's fur and skin often. Regular brushing is essential as it'll help remove excess hair, dander, and built-up dirt.
