They are a designer breed that is bred to combine the intelligence, poodle-like agility, and affectionate nature of the Bernese Mountain Dog with the hypoallergenic coat of the Poodle. Bernedoodles usually weigh between 30 and 65 pounds and are either Standard (over 50lbs) or Mini (under 50lbs). They have outgoing personalities and can be active family members for many years.
