Bernedoodles are a mix between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle, making them a crossbreed, or 'designer' dog. They are medium-to-large in size, weigh approximately 35 to 70 pounds on average, and often have a thick, curly coat. Bernedoodles are friendly, intelligent, dedicated, and are often easily taught.
Bernedoodles, a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle, are commonly considered hypoallergenic and are often considered to be non-shedding. Bernedoodles have low or non-shed coats and very little dander, making them great choices for those with allergies or sensitivities. While technically they do shed a small amount, it's much less than other breeds and seldom is noticed.
