Bernedoodles are a hybrid crossbreed of a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle. As a result, they are classified as a designer dog breed or an honorary member of the "doodle" family. Bernedoodles come in different sizes, from a Toy Bernedoodle turned standard size. They can also vary in terms of their coat texture, from curly to wavy to straight, which is determined by the type of Poodle used as the parent.
Bernedoodles can, in theory, cause allergies, as they are descendants of two different breeds of dog (the Bernese Mountain Dog and the Poodle). However, it is not a certainty that you will have an allergic reaction to a Bernedoodle, as each individual's reaction to different breeds of dogs can vary.
