They are a relatively new designer breed, but are gaining in popularity due to their friendly, easygoing temperaments and trainability. Bernedoodles tend to have a fun-loving and curious personality, as well as a low to moderate maintenance coat that can range from wavy to clearly curly. They tend to be low to non-shedding and hypoallergenic, making them a great choice for people with pet allergies.
Bernedoodles are not considered hypoallergenic, but they do shed negligibly and produce less dander than the average dog.
