Contrary to popular belief, Bernedoodles are not actually half Bernese Mountain Dog and half Poodle instead, they are a crossbreed between the two. The Bernedoodle coat is a combination of the curly coat of the Poodle and the long, straight coat of the Bernese Mountain Dog.
