Bernedoodles are a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle, and they are a popular designer breed. They are extremely intelligent, loyal, affectionate, and easy to train dogs. Bernedoodles come in a variety of sizes, including standard, medium, and miniature. They don’t shed much and are hypoallergenic, making them a great family pet. Bernedoodles have such sweet temperaments and make fantastic therapy and companion dogs. Bernedoodles often make devoted and loving guardians too.
Bernedoodles, a mix between a Bernese mountain dog and poodle, have the potential to be hypoallergenic. The Bernedoodle's parents are an F1 (50% Bernese Mountain Dog and 50% Poodle) or an F1B (75% Poodle and 25% Bernese Mountain Dog). The F1 Bernedoodle may shed slightly, but their coats can be very close to hypoallergenic.
