Bernedoodles are a unique hybrid breed of dog that are known for their intelligence, loyalty, and good-natured temperament. One of the most interesting things about them is the fact that they are a "designer" breed that was consciously created by crossing a Bernese Mountain Dog with a Poodle. This interesting combination of two purebreds produces puppies that often inherit the best traits from both parent breeds and can be larger and have longer lifespans than regular poodles.
The Bernedoodle coat is a unique blend of its Bernese Mountain Dog and Poodle parents.
