Bernedoodles are a hybrid dog with a mix of the Bernese Mountain Dog and Poodle, and they often combine the best characteristics of both breeds comedic, hypoallergenic, and social. What makes Bernedoodles particularly interesting is that they can come in a variety of sizes and colors. For example, the Standard Bernedoodle is the biggest of the bunch, usually ranging from 50-90 lbs and can have either silky, wavy, or curly coats.
The Bernedoodle coat is an intriguing combination of the two parent breeds, the Bernese Mountain Dog and the Poodle. The Bernedoodle coat can range from straight and thick like the Bernese Mountain Dog, and curly and wavy like a Poodle, depending on the generation of the Bernedoodle, and the parental lines. The adult Bernedoodle's coat can range from short and wavy, to wavy and silky, to long and straight.
