They were engineered with the purpose of creating a breed that had the best qualities of both, bringing together the strength, loyalty, and intelligence of the Bernese with the playfulness, intelligence, and hypoallergenic coat of the Poodle. As a result, Bernedoodles are often adaptable, friendly, and gentle.
Bernedoodles are often considered to be hypoallergenic and therefore, do not usually cause allergic reactions.
