Bernedoodles tend to combine the best traits of each parent breed, such as the intelligence and low-shedding coat of the Poodle with the affectionate and loyal nature of the Bernese Mountain Dog.
Bernedoodles, a wonderful cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle, are considered hypoallergenic and non-shedding, although the amount of shedding can still vary depending on the individual pup. Generally, Bernedoodles have a low-to-moderate shedding tendencies and will benefit greatly from regular brushing and grooming to keep their coat healthy and smooth. Owners of Bernedoodles enjoy the fact that their pups will rarely emit any significant dander, dust, or hair, and are typically quite allergy-friendly.
