This makes them hybrids and they have some of the best traits of each parent breed: a Bernese Mountain Dog's loving, loyal, and gentle nature combined with the Poodle's intelligence and hypoallergenic qualities. On top of that, Bernedoodles tend to be less destructive and less prone to barking than other purebreds, making them perfect companions for those looking for a low-maintenance pup. They are extremely loyal and affectionate and are great with children.
