Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are known to be relatively low-shedding. This breed has a soft, silky coat that does not need a lot of maintenance and will not make the home feel overrun with hair. However, it should be noted that Cavs do still shed some and will need regular brushing to help keep any shedding in check. It is also important to remember that their long coat will require regular trims and clipping to maintain a healthy, clean look.
