They have a compact structure and a silky coat that typically comes in black and tan, ruby and tricolor. Cavaliers love people, get along easily with other pets, and are highly devoted to their owners. They can easily be trained and make great therapy dogs due to their natural friendliness and allegiance.
The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has a graceful, silky coat that is elegant and gentle in appearance. The dogs have a fairly long coat that features featherings on their legs, feet, ears, chest, and tail. The color of the coat can vary from shades of white, tan, tricolor, and black and tan.
