They are often very adaptable and have an affinity for people making them great family pets. Cavapoos can be bred in various colors ranging from light blonde to red and they can even be tri-colored. Cavapoos tend to be low-shedders and have a relatively low maintenance grooming routine. They can be more sensitive to heat and can suffer from separation anxiety if left alone for extended periods of time.
Cavapoos, a hybrid of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle, are considered to be hypoallergenic and therefore may not cause an allergic reaction. Although they are not 100 percent hypoallergenic, many people who have mild to moderate allergies find that they are able to live with this breed and not suffer from allergies. However, some people may find that their symptoms vary depending on the pet they select, the environment that the pet is being kept in, and sometimes even seasonal changes.
