They are known for their low-shedding, hypoallergenic coat and make the perfect companion due to their affectionate and gentle personalities. A fun fact about Cavapoos is they are also referred to as “Cavadoodles” or “Cavoodles”.
Cavapoos are not typically recognized as a completely hypoallergenic breed. Hypoallergenic dogs are those whose fur and dander are much less likely to cause an allergic reaction in humans. This is due to the lack of shedding. Cavapoos do not shed as much as other breeds due to their mixed breed status.
