A Cavapoo is a hybrid breed of dog that is created by crossing a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle. This breed was created in order to combine the best characteristics of each breed into one fabulous pup! Cavapoos are known for their adorable appearance their soft, curly coats are sure to draw lots of admiration! They are usually small to medium in size, making them the perfect lap-dog for the family. Cavapoos are intelligent, friendly, and easy to train.
Cavapoos boast a beautiful, silky coat that varies in length depending on the parent breed. The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel parent will provide a short, low-maintenance coat that's slightly wavy, while the Poodle parent can give a variety of coat types, including thick, curly fur. Cavapoos are also often seen with pom-pom tails or long hair. Regardless of the type, all Cavapoo coats are soft and plush, with luxurious feel.
Cavapoos should be given a diet specifically suited to their needs. The best way to determine what type of food to avoid is to consult with your veterinarian.
