Their class or designation is that of a hybrid, meaning that they are not recognized as a "breed" within the American Kennel Club. However, the Cavapoo has become increasingly popular due to their mix of fun-loving, intelligent character traits from their parent breeds. Cavapoos generally make excellent family pets and are easy to train and care for due to their relative adaptability.
Cavapoos are an increasingly popular mixed breed of dog that results from a mating of a poodle with a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. As a result of their hybrid lineage, Cavapoos do not shed much, making them an attractive choice for those who don't want the mess associated with a high-shedding canine.
