They are also known for their hypoallergenic tendencies due to their Poodle parent, making them an ideal companion for allergy sufferers. Due to their intelligence, Cavapoos are often easy to train and do great in obedience and agility competitions. As social animals, they tend to be social with most people and animals, making them a great addition to any family unit.
Cavapoos can be considered hypoallergenic, as they are a hybrid cross between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle, both of which tend to shed very little, if any, fur. This usually means that cavapoos produce fewer allergens compared to other breeds.
