Cavapoos are generally very friendly and outgoing, making them excellent family companions. Cavapoos have small statures, typically weighing between 10-25 pounds, and they range in height from 9-14 inches at the shoulder.
Cavapoos have the potential to be hypoallergenic due to the hybrid, designer mix of the cross breed between the Poodle and the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Because the Poodle breed is naturally known for having hypoallergenic properties, the Cavapoo is likely to inherit these same properties. It is not an automatic guarantee, but since a Cavapoo's coat is likely to contain a high percentage of Poodle's coatit's likely that they could be hypoallergenic.
