Cavapoos are an increasingly popular hybrid dog breed that is a mix between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle. Generally, Cavapoos weigh anywhere between 15 and 20 pounds and stand at about 11 to 15 inches tall. They tend to have a playful, friendly, and gentle demeanor and make wonderful family pets. Cavapoos are low-shedding due to the Poodle in their lineage. They require regular grooming in the form of two to three haircuts, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, and occasional nail trims.
Cavapoos have very lush and soft coats that are a combination of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle. Depending on the breeding, Cavapoo coats can range from wavy or straight to thick or thin.
