Cavapoos are a cross between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle. This breed is very loyal and affectionate, making them ideal family dogs. They are known to be intelligent, gentle and obedient, making them easy to train. They also have minimal shedding so they are perfect if you have allergies. Cavapoos require moderate exercise and enjoy time spent with their owner. Since they don't require extensive outdoor exercise, they're great for living in apartments. They do require a lot of socialisation and human interaction, so they thrive in active households.
The Cavapoo coat is a delightful mix of qualities, combining the best of both its parents. Its fluffy, slightly wavy fur takes after the Poodle, and is extremely soft and cuddly to the touch. Though it can come in a variety of colors, most Cavapoos are a combination of medium to light brown, white, and cream. Additionally, the Cavapoo's coat generally does not shed too much, making it a great companion for allergy sufferers. Generally, the coat will not need to be groomed too often, as it is low-maintenance.
Cavapoos have no special dietary requirements beyond what you might expect for a small breed companion dog.
