It depends on the individual person's allergies. Cockapoos do not shed as much as a full-fledged poodle, so many people who are allergic to dogs may not be affected as much by a Cockapoo. However, Cockapoos still produce dander which is what people are often allergic to when it comes to dogs. So, while it is possible to be allergic to a Cockapoo, it is not necessarily a guarantee. The best way to know if one will be affected by a Cockapoo is for an allergy test to be completed.
