Cockapoos are a unique mixed or designer breed of dog created from a mix of Cocker Spaniel and Poodle. They are a popular and charming breed due to their low-shedding coat, joyful disposition, and small to medium size. Cockapoos tend to be intelligent, easy to train dogs with a good temperament. They are friendly, loving, and sociable with people and kids, and often get along with other animals. Cockapoos can be prone to separation anxiety, so providing your pet with lots of companionship, exercise, and mental stimulation is essential.
The Cockapoo is known for its beautiful and unique coat! Their coats can range from curly to wavy to straight, and often includes a combination of both. Colors may be single or mixed solid shades, as well as varied particolor combinations such as black and white, golden and white, red and white, and chocolate and white. The length of hair can range from long and silky to short and wiry. This breed requires regular grooming, but can easily tolerate some self-grooming from time to time.
