However, aside from the fact that Cockapoos are considered to be non-shedding, hypoallergenic, and lowto non-barking, their personalities are unique to each individual and can vary significantly between dogs.
Cockapoos are often referred to as a "non-shedding" breed and while they typically shed less than most dogs due to their Poodle ancestry, they do shed some. While Cockapoos are easier to manage as far as shed fur is concerned, regular brushing should be done to keep the shedding of the coat under control and to maintain its softness. Even with regular brushing though, there may be some shedding to manage; to reduce shedding and for the health of the coat, regular grooming should also be done which will help reduce shedding and keep the coat healthy.
Cockapoos should not be fed human food, as this can cause an upset stomach and other digestive issues. They should also not consume chocolate or foods with added sugar, as these can cause serious health problems.
