They are classified as a designer breed, developed deliberately to combine the desirable traits of both breeds and produce a companion and family companion with a sweet temperament and a loving nature. Cockapoos come in different sizes, ranging from tiny (toy) to medium sized, depending on whether a mini or standard poodle has been used in the breeding.
Cockapoos have unique coats that can range from wavy to curly and come in a variety of colors.
