It's easy to see why they make excellent family dogs; their size and tenaciousness make them quite versatile. Dachshunds also possess come remarkable characteristics. Their deeply loyal personalities, combined with their goofy attitude, make them amusing companions. They are also highly intelligent, making them very easy to train.
