Goldendoodles are considered a designer breed, popular for their hypoallergenic coat, which can vary in length from short, to wiry, to long and curly, and is usually quite low or non-shedding.
Goldendoodle coats vary according to the genetic makeup of the parent breeds, as well as the environment or crossbreeding of the puppy. Generally, Goldendoodles tend to have wavy or curly hair textures that can range from light to heavy shedding. Their coats also typically have a generous amount of fluff and they can be either singleor double-coated.
