With their hybrid cross of a Poodle and a Golden Retriever, they possess many of the desirable traits of both breeds; such as a strong desire to please and a nearly hypoallergenic coat. They tend to be gentle, affectionate, and loyal. They are also quite intelligent and highly trainable making them a great choice for many families.
Goldendoodles are not non-shedding, as they are hybrid dogs that are created by mixing a Golden Retriever and a Poodle.
