One of the most remarkable things about them is the fact that they are a hybrid mix of two distinct breeds: the golden retriever and the poodle. Goldendoodles do shed, but to a much lesser extent than other breeds. This breed is a cross between a Poodle and a Golden Retriever, and they are usually considered to be hypoallergenic dogs.
