Goldendoodles are a hybrid breed of dog, meaning they are a cross between a Golden Retriever and a Poodle. They are affectionate, smart, and loyal and usually have a happy-go-lucky personality. Goldendoodles are usually great family companions as they are excellent with children and people of all ages. They are also very low-shedding dogs, making them an excellent option for those with allergy concerns. As a whole, Goldendoodles can come in three sizes: Standard (or more typically the Labradoodle), Miniature, and Toy.
Unfortunately, there is no definite answer to this question since allergies are unique to the individual. For an average adult Goldendoodle, you may want to bump up the number to 45 minutes, engaging them in a combination of light to moderate activities such as games, walks, hikes, and obedience training.
