Most Goldendoodles share the same traits: they are intelligent, affectionate, and gentle, although some individuals can be more energetic than others. Oftentimes Goldendoodles are hypoallergenic, making them a popular breed for individuals with allergies.
Goldendoodles are not considered a hypoallergenic breed of dog. Hypoallergenic means that they produce fewer allergens, making them less likely to cause allergic reactions. While Goldendoodles may produce fewer allergens than other breeds, they are not hypoallergenic. Goldendoodles are considered to be medium size dogs. They are a cross between a Golden Retriever and a Poodle, which grow to a range of weights and sizes.
