Their hybrid combination of the friendly and trainable Golden Retriever and the intelligent Poodle make them highly intelligent, friendly, and easily trainable. No two Goldendoodles are the same in terms of looks either, due to their unique mix of coat colors, textures, and even styles. Goldendoodles also make excellent family pets as they have a desire to please their owners, and their combination of traits make them more patient and gentle with small children than other breeds.
Goldendoodles vary in their levels of shedding, but generally, they are considered a low-shedding breed. Depending on the ratio of poodle to golden retriever that makes up the Goldendoodle breed, you may get a pup that does not shed much at all.
