Goldendoodles are hybrid designer dogs bred from a golden retriever and a poodle. As such, they combine the intelligence and low-shedding coat qualities of the poodle and the friendly, loving personality of the golden retriever. They come in a variety of sizes, ranging from tiny Toy Goldendoodles, measuring around 10 inches tall, to larger Large or Giant Goldendoodles who can stand as tall as 36 inches. Goldendoodles are a hybrid breed that can have different characteristics depending on the parent breeds they came from.
