Goldendoodles are often considered a low to non-shedding breed, however this is not always the case. A Goldendoodle's shedding or lack thereof is largely dependent upon its coat type and its genetics. An F1 Goldendoodle (parented by a Poodle and Golden Retriever) typically has a low-shedding coat and may require less frequent grooming than some of its counterparts.

Some may weigh more or less depending on their individual genetics.
