Like all dogs, they need to be exercised but they're content with a leisurely stroll.
The Havanese breed has a beautiful coat that consists of a long single-layer of hair. It is a silky, lightweight, and wavy coat that is designed for hot climates such as its native Cuba. While the coat of the Havanese is considerably fluffy, it will rarely be described as 'fuzzy' since it is single-layered.
