Their appearance is also very distinct, featuring a striking white coat, black points, and a plumed tail. And sometimes, they even have a combination of both long and curly hair. Above all, their loving temperament is astounding, as they are usually very affectionate and loyal.
It is not likely that owning a Havanese will cause you to have allergies. While no animal is truly hypoallergenic, the Havanese is a non-shedding and low-allergen breed. This means that the breed produces less dander than other types of dogs, making it better for people with allergies or asthma.
