Originally from the island of Cuba, Havaneses are known for being loyal and affectionate companions and typically have a high intelligence level. They are often quite active and enjoy activities such as learning new tricks, playing fetch, and going for walks and hikes.
Havaneses are indeed hypoallergenic. This is a term used to describe a breed of dog which is not likely to provoke allergic reactions in humans.
