A Maltipoo is a designer dog breed that is a mix between a Maltese and a Toy or Miniature Poodle. Though the two breeds that comprise a Maltipoo can differ in size, typically the adult Maltipoo weighs between 3 and 14 pounds and stands between 8 and 14 inches tall. Maltipoos boast soft and curly coats, along with a variety of coat colors, such as white, cream, apricot, cafe au lait, gray, and black. Their unique coat is quite easy to maintain, requiring regular brushing and an occasional trim or clip.
Maltipoos, a mix of Maltese and Poodle, are considered one of the most hypoallergenic breeds due to the low-shedding coats.
