The Maltipoo's coat is luxuriously soft and fluffy, characterized by a wide variety of colors and patterns. It tends to be curly and wavy, with a variety of textures ranging from cottony to silky. Maltipoos may have a single layer of thick fur that falls off seasonally, or they might have a double-coated look which requires regular brushing or combing to keep the knots and tangles away.
