Maltipoos are a mix between a Maltese and a Toy or Miniature Poodle, making them known as affectionate, fun-loving lapdogs. Maltipoos are very intelligent, and can easily be trained due to being a hybrid of two breeds that are typically quick to learn. These hybrid dogs also tend to be much less prone to inherited illnesses than their purebred counterparts.
The Maltipoo's coat is quite unique and varies greatly based on the type of the hybrid breed. Its coat is usually a mix between the silky texture of a toy poodle with the thick fur of a Maltese.
