This breed's easy maintenance and mild temperament make them a suitable pet for all age groups including seniors.
Maltipoos are considered to be a non-shedding breed due to their hybridization of two very different breeds. Generally, this hybridization means that they do not shed as much as other breeds, and this is why they are so popular amongst families with young children or people who suffer from allergies.
