Because they are a mixed-breed, there is no definitive answer for their exact classification within the dog breeds. However, they are most commonly classified as a designer and or toy breed. Maltipoos are highly sought after for their miniature size, low-shedding coats, and generally docile temperament, making them a great family pet.
