They are classified as a Toy breed due to their small size, typically ranging in height from 8 to 14 inches tall and weighing between 5 and 20 pounds. Maltipoos make great companion pets, as they are friendly and affectionate. They are also highly intelligent, making them easy to train for basic obedience. Maltipoos are also hypoallergenic, thanks to their low-shedding coats which come in colors ranging from white to black and everything in between.
The Maltipoo coat is unique with a very soft texture. It's the perfect combination of a Maltese and Poodle coat. The Maltipoo's coat comes in a variety of colors, such as white, apricot, cream, black and silver. The coat can range from light and fluffy, to dense and curly.
